12 Step Carpet Cleaning Procedure
- Pre-Inspection of areas to be cleaned
- Pre-condition or Pre-Treatment
- Agitate Carpet with rotary scrubber (for heavy soiled & matted areas)
- Wipe down all base boards
- Low Moisture Hot Steam Soil Extraction
- Application of Fabric Softener
- Furniture Moving (see note 1)
- Install Air Movers for quick dry times (see note 2)
- Use Styrofoam Blocks and Plastic Tabs to protect furniture and carpet
- Apply Deodorizer to all areas cleaned
- Apply Carpet Protector (additional cost)
- Walk Through Inspection with Home Owner
Completion of Work – once all services are final a receipt is provided along with shoe covers for the entire family plus one for a guest, along with an industrial strength bottle of spot remover.
Notes:
- Sofas, love seats, etc at no additional charge. Large heavy furniture & electronics can be moved at additional charge.
- Air movers are used at technicians discretion. If home has a lot of paperwork, items that can easily blow around or off walls, air mover will not be installed.
